Ingredients:
6 slices of white bread/ brown bread
2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise or as required
2 medium sized finely chopped Onion
1/3 cup finely chopped Capsicum
1/4 cup grated Carrot
1/3 cup grated cabbage
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
Coriander chutney
Oregano
Red chilly flakes
Butter
How to make:
Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl in a mixing bowl
Put hung curd in a bowl and add all the veggies and spices (except bread).
Mix until well combined.
Take 2 slices of bread and spread a teaspoon of coriander mint chutney on one slice of bread.
Now spread a thick layer of veg mayonnaise mixture on the bread and then cover with another slice of bread to make the sandwich.
Grease both the side of the bread with butter.
Heat non-stick pan and put the sandwich in a pan. Cook for a minute from lower side.
Flip the sandwich and cook till both the sides turn golden brown and crisp.
Veg Curd Sandwich is ready, slice them diagonally. Serve the sandwich with Cilantro Chutney or tomato ketchup.
Note:
You can also use brown bread to make curd sandwich.
