RECIPES:

Quinoa:
1/2 cup dry quinoa
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar

Stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil on high. When it starts boiling, turn it to low and put a lid on it. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it is cooked and all the liquid is absorbed.

Tofu Scramble:
1 cup of your favourite veggies
1 tsp oil
1/2 block firm tofu
1/2 cup tempeh bacon (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt and pepper to taste

Apple Breakfast Bowl:
2 apples, peeled and chopped
3-4 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cover and simmer on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir and check if soft enough.
